Space Rental Rates:
- Non-profit arts and performance programs for teens: $100 for 4 hours*
- Other non-profit organizations: $500 for 4 hours*
- Corporate daytime event (between 9am and 5pm): $1,500 for 4 hours*
- Corporate evening event (between 5pm and 10pm): $2,000 for 4 hours*
- Boston Event Day (e.g. Marathon Day): $5,000
* includes one hour of set-up time and one hour of clean-up time
